Broker Network Coordinator

Broker Network Coordinator will assist in expansion through building relationship of sellers/brokers. He/She will also be responsible in providing all administrative support to the Broker Network Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building relationship with existing and upcoming Brokers for easy coordination
  • Coordinating with Brokers for their Product Knowledge Seminar
  • Update accredited brokers on project updates (pricelist, payment terms, events, sales advisory etc.)
  • Visits external brokers office periodically
  • Assists during sales events of the company
  • Coordinates with the sales operation team with regards to the concerns of the brokers (commission, client documentation, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
  • The ideal candidate should possess exceptionally strong communication skills; highly-motivated; and self-driven.
  • Having a solid network of active brokers is an advantage
  • Previous experience with engagement, public relations, event coordination, broker management and sales training would be beneficial in this role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to details are required
  • Willing to be assigned in Cavite Office
