We are seeking a seasoned professional to join us as a key member of our organization, responsible for driving growth and profitability across B2B, wholesale, and retail channels.

• Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies for dealer and channel networks
• Expand our market presence through strategic partnerships and alliances
• Establish pricing frameworks to ensure profitable business operations
• Manage customer relationships and credit exposure with strict compliance to security protocols
• Oversee CAPEX proposals and ROI analysis for key projects and customers
• Build a high-performing sales team aligned to organizational objectives
• Champion cross-functional collaboration for seamless delivery of our value chain
• Oversee trade marketing programs and promotions in coordination with Corporate Marketing

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of LPG industry experience, with leadership roles in B2B, dealer, or wholesale segments
• Strong financial acumen (pricing, credit, margin analysis)
• Proficiency in business tools
• Solid track record in dealer development, volume turnaround, and credit improvement
• Will to relocate to Mindanao: Davao, General Santos, CDO, or Iligan
