Job Summary:

The PR Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies that enhance the company's public image, strengthen its brand reputation, and foster strong relationships with media, stakeholders, and the public. This role involves overseeing press releases, media relations, crisis communication, and promotional campaigns while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and services.
  • Draft, review, and distribute press releases, media kits, speeches, and other PR materials.
  • Manage crisis communications and provide timely responses to protect the company's reputation.
  • Monitor media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate with marketing, communications, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee the PR team and external agencies, providing direction and support in achieving communication goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, media developments, and emerging communication tools.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a PR Manager or in a similar role; preferably who have worked in advertising company
  • Strong network of media contacts and demonstrated experience in media relations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.
