Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital ads, and events

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities

  • Create compelling content for various marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, and promotional collateral

  • Manage social media accounts and develop strategies to increase engagement and followers

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Design to ensure brand consistency

  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and annual marketing plans

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep the brand competitive and relevant

  • Coordinate and attend marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and community events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry

  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Social Medias and etc.)

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills

  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management skills

  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
