We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join our expanding team in Sucat, Parañaque. This role is suited for finance professionals with experience in system implementation, process improvement, and technology-driven operational optimization. You will focus on translating complex financial requirements into efficient ERP system configurations that enhance client operations and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Process & Workflow Improvement

  • Review and evaluate current finance and accounting processes to identify areas for greater efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Lead business requirements gathering sessions with clients, analyze workflows, and document process improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain ERP-related functional specifications, process maps, and other supporting documentation.
  • Work closely with technical teams and project managers to implement ERP solutions that meet industry standards and client needs.

Client Engagement & Support

  • Support pre-sales activities by creating tailored ERP demonstrations and explaining system benefits.
  • Assist with ERP rollout, including end-user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing process optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., Infor LN, Infor CSI, SAP) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of finance operations, including AP, AR, GL, and reporting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting, ERP implementation, or related functional roles is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to solve complex issues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
  • Willing to travel locally and, occasionally, internationally for projects.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning, particularly in ERP systems and finance process improvement.
