About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Corporate Recruiter
to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, identifying top talent, and partnering with hiring managers to support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking, to attract top talent.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all recruitment efforts.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
