Job Summary: A Jewelry Consultant (Sales Representative/Sales Associate) is tasked to assist the team in seeking and processing business opportunities for the jewelry store.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and responding to their needs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supporting customers in the jewelry selection process by recommending suitable products
  • Keeping up with latest fashion and jewelry trends
  • Putting merchandise in display and arranging them to attract customer's attention
  • Ensuring that items are well maintained and polished
  • Safekeeping merchandise to avoid losses and theft
  • Handling customer complaints and returns
  • Keeping track of inventory

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • SHS diploma or College degree holder
  • Has an eye for good design and saleable jewelry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to pay close attention to details
  • Effective communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Reporting skills
  • Previous experience as a sales associate is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php14,000.00 per month
