Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation, and hygiene
- Analyze food costs, pricing, sales mix, and gross margins to ensure profitability
- Oversee inventory to prevent stockouts, overstocking, and wastage
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and brand visibility
- Monitor and control operational costs (labor, utilities, supplies, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operating procedures
- Manage staff scheduling, training, performance, and manpower planning
- Ensure proper maintenance and security of company assets and facilities
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant or food service industry
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
- Good analytical skills with experience in cost control and P&L analysis
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other basic office applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
