Position Title:  CS – Sales Representative

Job Summary

  • The position is responsible for doing call outs for insurance initiatives to expand the business by offering the most suited product that would address the needs of the cardholders. The jobholder is expected to perform telephone selling efforts within the scope of MCC policies.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs call out function to new and prospective clients
  • Educates clients on correct procedures regarding company's products and services
  • Handles and manages customer requests, inquiries, and complaints regarding product services
  • Supports card usage through promotion of marketing programs or initiatives
  • Generates and submits performance reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a College/University
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in various software applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Target-driven and customer-oriented
  • Must be willing to extend hours, on shifting schedule including weekends and holidays (if necessary)
  • Must be willing to report 100% onsite
