Selection Criteria

  • Local bank experience is a must

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Financial Management, Mathematics or related course

  • Able to learn various CRM and other web-based lender platforms/interfaces, and good math skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Ability to communicate well both in written and spoken English

  • Effective planning and solid time management skills

  • A desire to learn and grow

  • Willing to work on-site in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Liaise with customers via phone and email to collect details (fact find and budget) and documents for loan assessment.

  • Liaise with stakeholders (e.g. Banks, Lenders, Accountants etc.), as well as internal departments and Senior Management as required. This includes ordering valuations and a credit report

  • Running loan scenario with bank staff.

  • Respond to all enquiries professionally, accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Provide relevant stakeholders as appropriate, with timely and periodic updates regarding loan applications, by email and other accessible means of communication.

  • Put together loan applications ready for submission to the bank.

  • Adhere to various legal, compliance, credit, and customer service standards

  • End to end process for all loans till settlement.
