JOB SUMMARY:

Manage, Oversee, and coordinate the distribution of materials (Consider all elements of the warehousing, inventory, and logistics process), performing analysis of materials and determining optimum control, recommending solutions, monitoring inventory levels, oversee, and supporting subordinates. and evaluating the performance of an assigned employee.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for the execution of strategic and operational priorities for end-to-end warehouse and logistic services.
  2. Plan people, process, and system resources to manage the action plans and meet KPI targets.
  3. Maintain a strong communication platform with the Warehouse and Logistics team and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
  4. Recruit, interview, select, and hire new relevant employees and oversee new employee communication on-boarding, orientation, and development planning.
  5. Maintains a high standard of warehouse housekeeping/sanitation, supporting a lean work environment.
  6. Promotes and delivers continuous improvement processes and programs.
  7. Responsible for individual career growth and development, as a contribution to support the development of strong leadership in warehouse/logistics operations.
  8. Develop and establish policies, rules, work instructions, and regulations for strict compliance and implementation to ensure alignment with operational compliance.
  9. Accountable for monitoring and approving site logistics and importation spending involving freight payment.
  10. Practice delegation of tasks to empower people thus setting expectations through result-oriented practices and making things happen.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Graduate of Business Administration or any Engineering courses (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical)
  2. Warehouse Management Methodology Training and Effective Leadership.
  3. Knowledge about Certifications and Warehouse Logistics licenses is an advantage.
  4. 3 years experience in a similar position.
  5. Willing to work in Antipolo City.
  6. Willing to start immediately/ASAP.
  7. One (1) Full-Time position is available.
