Sales Team Leader

Oversee key account opportunities to ensure optimal outcomes.
Present proposals, offer constructive recommendations, and thoughtfully assign sales targets and responsibilities to each sales team member.
Assess staff performance, provide feedback, and suggest appropriate rewards or development opportunities, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
Address other tasks that may need attention to further enhance our service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
Motivate sales personnel to help them achieve our business sales objectives.
Support sales managers in driving sales performance through training on effective sales strategies.
Develop action plans aimed at improving the performance and productivity of team members who may be facing challenges.
