What You'll Do:

  • Provide chat support and address customer concerns and inquiries
  • Serve as gatekeeper of all documents related to sales and marketing
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Act as reliever for the Telemarketer during absences

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of Business Administration or Hospitality Management
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic data entry and reporting skills
  • Computer literate

The Sales Service Associate plays a vital role in ensuring smooth coordination between the sales and marketing teams by handling customer interactions, maintaining documentation, and providing administrative support.
