Job Summary: Maintain CyTech's digital presence to reflect AQUILA's clarity, precision, and strategic impact by delivering customized, high-impact messaging to clients, partners, and potential team members through web and social media channels. This role will report directly to the President.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management & Evolution

  • Maintain and evolve CyTech's public website to reflect AQUILA's 10-domain architecture, dashboard innovations, and onboarding flows.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure clarity, modularity, and strategic alignment.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and publish compelling content: product updates, partner spotlights, case studies, and hiring pages.
  • Translate technical milestones into clear, audience-specific narratives.

Social Media & Thought Leadership

  • Manage CyTech's presence on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
  • Amplify AQUILA's differentiators, CyTech's global mission, and our culture of clarity and accountability.

SEO & Analytics

  • Monitor and optimize digital performance across channels.
  • Use data to refine messaging, improve discoverability, and drive engagement.

Partner & Talent Enablement

  • Support digital assets for partner onboarding, client education, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency and strategic clarity across all external touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years in digital communications, content strategy, or web management, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B tech.
  • Fluent in translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Proficient in CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress), SEO tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Bonus: experience supporting partner ecosystems, hiring campaigns, or compliance-driven content
