What the role will do:

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set clear team goals
  • Assist the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the team
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

What we are looking for:

  • Graduate of Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, or any Medical Allied course
  • At least 1-year work experience as Team Lead / Supervisor in a BPO / KPO / Call Center
  • Preferably with experience in Virtual Assistant work
  • Well-versed in MS Office particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Can function independently and work closely with the VA Management Team
  • Resourceful, creative, responsible, organized, and highly motivated
  • People-oriented, professional, and can be a role model for the rest of the team
  • Can work under pressure; willing to work night shifts and extended hours when necessary
  • Eager and determined to learn and perform the duties of the position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
