Job Description

As a Software Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, while also nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients. Your goal is to promote and sell our HR software solutions to clients in the government, education, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to reach new customers and penetrate targeted markets.


• Actively generate leads and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and field engagement.


• Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and key stakeholders.


• Present and demonstrate software solutions that solve real HR challenges.


• Manage and grow existing accounts through continuous client engagement and upselling.


• Provide accurate forecasts, track sales pipeline, and report performance metrics regularly.


• Keep updated on industry trends, competitors, and evolving client needs.


• Collaborate with product and technical teams to align solutions with market demands.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.


• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in HRIS, ERP, or IT/software solutions.


• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.


• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and deliver results.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Familiarity with HR software or digital solutions is a strong advantage.
