Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for account growth: generating new accounts, and overseeing logistics services.

Provide solutions tailored to client needs.

Work closely with internal teams to meet clients' expectation and deliver high quality services.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.

Meet monthly/yearly targets.

Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues.

Prepare regular reports on account status and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to present to the Management.

Manage customer contract renewals, negotiations, and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.

Stayupdatedwithindustrytrends,competitoractivitiesandthecompany'sproduct/service offering to effectively advise clients.

Qualifications:

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

·       Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.)

·       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to details.
