Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Dining Manager at Vikings Group of Companies in Metro Manila. The Dining Manager will be responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations of the front of the house.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Hotel Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as Dining Manager, Hotel Manager, or Restaurant Manager
  • Responsible for the standards of service delivered to the guests in the food & beverage outlets
  • Ensure the quality of services in accordance with the company standard
  • Health and safety regulations & compliance adept.
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC, Makati, or Quezon City.
  • Amenable to start as soon as possible.
