As a Healthcare Insurance Verification Specialist, you play a key role in connecting patients to the services they need. You'll verify medical data, schedule diagnostic appointments, coordinate communications, and ensure that every interaction aligns with healthcare best practices. The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in medical administration or related healthcare support
• Strong computer literacy; skilled in MS Office
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical support environment
• Professional, customer-focused, and committed to accuracy

Your Daily Tasks

• Enter referral and insurance information into the patient administration system
• Retrieve data from multiple sources to update medical records
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all inputs
• Maintain compliance with service level agreements
• Understand patient needs and provide clear, concise communication
• Support internal and external stakeholders through email and documentation
• Follow training processes to ensure consistent quality
• Maintain up-to-date, complete, and accurate records
• Schedule patient appointments according to established pathways
• Adhere to data protection guidelines and healthcare information governance standards
• Utilize effective questioning to deliver first-contact resolution
