Credentialing/Verification Specialist (For Healthcare)

We're seeking a Credentialing and Verification Specialist to support our Credentials Verification (CVO) workflows and ensure smooth provider onboarding and offboarding. The role manages practitioner applications, conducts credential verification, maintains accurate records, and upholds regulatory and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage timely credentialing and re-credentialing of healthcare providers.
  • Perform primary source verification and ensure all requirements meet regulatory guidelines.
  • Support compliance audits and assist in preparing reports and recommendations.
  • Monitor expiring credentials and complete required re-verification activities.
  • Process provider applications, follow up for missing information, and prepare profiles for review.
  • Maintain and update provider data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with provider access requests and participate in process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in credentialing, provider data management, healthcare administration, or similar functions preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and credentialing requirements is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with tight timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
