About the role

At Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc.', we are looking for a QA Specialist to join our team in Taguig City Metro Manila. As a QA Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our healthcare BPO services. This full-time role is essential in upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to monitor and evaluate the performance of our customer service team
  2. Conduct regular audits and provide detailed feedback to the team to identify areas for improvement
  3. Analyse data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and identify trends
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
  5. Provide training and coaching to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and adherence to quality standards
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the healthcare or BPO industry
  2. Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methods, and tools
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues
  4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Quality Management, or a related discipline
