Job Summary:

The Packer and Marketplace Assistant is responsible for preparing, packing, and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role also supports the company's online marketplace operations by assisting with order listings, monitoring inventory, and ensuring timely fulfillment and dispatch of online orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and label products for delivery or shipment.
  • Ensure that all packed items are in good condition and match customer orders.
  • Prepare waybills and coordinate with couriers or delivery partners.
  • Assist in updating and managing online store listings (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels in both physical and online inventory systems.
  • Process and track marketplace orders to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for promotions or order adjustments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing and storage area.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or delays to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • Experience in packing, order fulfillment, or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling packing tasks.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.
  • Team player with good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php550.00 per month
