About the role

This is a full-time customer service call centre agent position at SUNRISE SEARCH & SUPPORT INC' located in Pasig City Metro Manila. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and assistance to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns to thoroughly understand their needs
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues efficiently
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed case notes
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
  • Continuously look for ways to enhance the customer experience and improve processes

  • Previous experience working in a call centre or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
