Your Role:

As General Ledger Accountant in a global Shared Service Center, you support providing internal customers with:

  • High-quality, accurate, and timely financial data and reports.

  • Enabling informed business decisions.

  • You support accounting processes, including:

  • Posting to the general ledger.
  • Handling payroll and benefits.
  • Maintaining master data as applicable.
  • Maintaining and reconciling multiple balance sheet accounts.
  • Preparing financial statements for the regional subsidiaries of the company.

  • Performing less complex financial analysis tasks.

  • You provide support during:

  • Audit or pre-audit tasks.
  • Compliance activities.
  • Other related accounting duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance discipline preferred.
  • 3-4 years of work experience in accounting/finance, including:
  • Direct related experience with full-cycle General Ledger Accounting.
  • Inventory Accounting and Reporting.
  • Experience with: Payroll & HR Benefit accounting and Tax.
  • Experience within a Shared Services Center preferred.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
  • Fluent English language skills required.
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and Excel skills required.
  • Willing to be based in BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila.
