Your responsibilities in this role will include:

We're currently looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Low Voltage Team. The Project Coordinator should understand low-voltage systems (CCTV, access control, networking, etc.), scheduling, material procurement, and jobsite coordination.

In this role you will be responsible for:

· Coordinate project schedules with management, field staff, and customers

· Manage procurement from order through delivery

· Provide in office support to project managers as needed

· Track job progress, cost, and materials

· Ensure supplies, delivery, and plans are prepped in advance to ensure a smooth operation for all projects

· Serve as the main point of contact for customers, field staff, vendors, and project managers

Our Minimum Requirements

· Low-voltage experience is required (must understand devices, wiring, hardware, and field workflow)

·    Extensive background serving U.S. clients across various projects and industries

· Strong organization and follow-up skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

· Great communication and ownership mindset.

· Experience with scheduling, procurement, or project coordination

· Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift

· Must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood City, Libis
