Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Documentation & Filing

  • Manage and approve RAAWA documentation

  • File and maintain SO/TRSCONFIG/ECM/CLEM/CAM records

  • Process and endorse CLEM documentation

  • Oversee ORF processing and E-lock issuance

  • Review and approve As-Built/Completion Reports (TSSR/FIO/WO/PB)

Activity Coordination & Monitoring

  • Accept and validate onsite manual PAT activities

  • Endorse and monitor activity execution:

  • Powertapping

  • Installation & Dismantling

  • Integration

  • Conduct circuit validation in NMS (Node, VLAN, slot/port, tagging standards)

  • Monitor facility status and updates

Agile & Sprint Engagement

  • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective sessions

  • Lead daily huddles and weekly team meetings

  • Update project trackers and dashboards

Quality Control & Review

  • Review and approve MOPs and ISDP QC documentation

  • Track, review, and approve TSSR submissions

  • Ensure PAT documentation is complete and accurate

Logistics & Handover

  • Conduct warehouse inventory and inspections

  • Manage project handover processes (As-Built, RFS Broadcast, OPS Handover)

  • Monitor project closure milestones (PAT, PAC, As-Built, FAC)

Job Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:

    Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or related technical fields preferred. Professional Experience:

    Minimum of 1 year experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within network implementation or infrastructure deployment.

  • Technical Proficiency:

  • Solid understanding of network implementation processes and terminology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other standard office productivity tools

  • Communication & Collaboration:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders

  • Work Ethic & Adaptability:

  • Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure

  • Willing to render extended hours when necessary to meet project timelines

  • Additional Advantage:

  • Driving skills and a valid driver's license are not required but considered a plus
