About the Role

We are seeking an ERP-fluent Accounting Supervisor to help lead one of our accounting teams through digital transformation.

Together with the Accounting Manager and the heads of the other accounting sections – bridge traditional accounting expertise with cutting-edge financial technology to manage all accounting operations, while developing a team of bookkeepers and assistants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Systems Leadership

  • Serve as super-user for our QuickBooks Enterprise
  • Integrate accounting systems with Sprout HRIS/Payroll and operational platforms

2. Team Management

  • Mentor our accounting staff through QBE full utilization.
  • Restructure workflows to optimize human-tech collaboration

3. Compliance & Reporting

· Ensure 100% compliance with government standards and regulations.

4. Process Innovation

  • Identify and minimize manual processes.

Specifics of the Accounting Department

1. General Accounting Section

Oversee the company's financial records and ensure the integrity of accounting data in coordination with other sections.

2. Accounts Payable (AP) Section

Ensure timely and accurate processing, recording, and payment of company obligations to vendors, suppliers, and government agencies.

3. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Billing Section

Manage client billing, collections, and AR monitoring to support cash flow and working capital needs.

4. Tax Compliance & Regulatory Reporting Section

Ensure the company complies with all tax and regulatory requirements, minimizing risks of penalties while supporting strategic tax planning.

People Leadership Expectations

  • 5+ years managing accounting teams
  • Proven track record developing staff
  • Conflict resolution certification (preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Tagalog) communication

Compensation Package

  • xx% annual performance bonus
  • HMO including dependents
  • Gasoline and tech allowance (₱5k/month)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
