Security Technician

We're looking for a Security Technician to join our growing Security Practice in the Philippines. You'll work across a range of Australian clients — helping detect, defend, and deliver smarter, safer systems. It's hands-on, fast-moving, and packed with opportunities to grow your cybersecurity career.

Hunt threats, fix vulnerabilities, and make security breaches deeply inconvenient for attackers.
Deliver security assessments and proactive improvements across client environments.
Take on escalations from our Support Team — calmly, methodically, with a touch of curiosity.
Jump in when incidents happen: gather evidence, analyse causes, and help stop repeats.
Tune and support platforms like ThreatLocker, SentinelOne, Huntress, Avanan, and Cisco Umbrella.
Spot what's not working and suggest ways to make it simpler, faster, or safer.

Experience with security frameworks like Essential 8, NIST CSF

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Security Suite (Defender, Purview, Entra ID Protection).

Knowledge of Azure Security (Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, PIM/PAM).

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent written and spoken English.
