Key Responsibilities
Installation & Maintenance:

Customer Service:
Provide technical support, explain equipment usage, and build rapport with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Documentation:
Create accurate and timely service reports, document work performed, and update field automation systems and databases.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow company procedures and safety protocols, using appropriate protective gear and skills to prevent hazards in the field.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with other team members and technical crews to resolve service requests and share data.
