IT Specialist

Job Description: Actual Duties and Responsibilities

1. Company's Cloud Familiarization and Partner Support

• Familiarizing with the Company's cloud organization and processes

• Guiding partners on how to correctly obtain the Company's cloud technical support

• Responding to, tracking, and managing partner and customer requirements (technical/non-technical)

• Pushing for timely resolution of customer requirements

2. GoCloud Partner Development Building

• Assisting service partners, software partners, and SI partners in their cloud programs and projects with the Company's cloud

• Building strong relationships with the Company's cloud partner engineers

• Training partners on the Company's cloud products, professional service solutions, capabilities, and certifications

3. Project Technical Solution Development

• Facilitating partner technical and service communication, delivering workshop presentations, and assisting in bidding/service proposal documentation

• Supporting Solution Architects (SA) with partners' Proof of Concept (POC) opportunities

• Participating in pre-sales technical solution deliverability reviews (DTRx), and assisting SA in optimizing project solutions, feasibility, and technical risk assessments

4. Project Delivery Technical Support and Post-Sales

• Performing remote and on-site cloud support for partner project delivery and implementation

• Assisting with cloud migration, infrastructure setup, and providing best practice guidance to partners and their customers

• Providing technical support for post-sales cloud-related tasks, ensuring timely and effective responses

Qualifications (Work Experience, Years of Experience, Communication Skills, Technical Skills):

• With 4-years Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

• Cloud certifications or other ICT-related certifications are an advantage (not required)

• Ability to respond urgently during major incidents or system failures

• Excellent communication and problem analysis skills; able to interact with customers and partners promptly and effectively

• Strong service orientation and willingness to engage in technical service roles; self-motivated, fast learner, and capable problem solver

• Proficient in documentation and presentation; skilled in summarizing and presenting research findings

• Able to perform well under pressure; quick to learn and passionate about cloud technologies

• Strong sense of teamwork and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners
