Your role

As a Accounts Payable Assistant, you will:
Broad Function
Under the direction of the Global Accounts Payable Manager of Shared Services, this position is responsible for acquiring and processing supplier invoices, assisting in the reconciliation of accounts, and ensuring optimum customer service to the companies business partners.

Essential Functions
. Review incoming invoices for processing
. Data entry of vendor invoices for payment
. Research discrepancies and unapproved/unpaid invoices
. Providing basic analysis, research and assist with internal and external vendor inquiries, and
. Research aged invoices and determine proper resolution
. Perform periodic vendor statement reconciliations to ensure all invoices for the company have been collected and processed by Shared Service Accounts Payable
. Assist in the preparation and distribution of weekly AP reporting

What You Need:
Non-negotiables:
  • Excellent customer service responsiveness, Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate skill level in Excel
  • Willing to work onsite and night shift
  • Educational background in General Accounting
