What We're Looking For:

  • Must be a Civil Engineer graduate with 1–2 years of experience in construction or related field
  • With background in Quantity Surveying
  • Proficient in AutoCAD & SketchUp (basic drafting & modeling)
  • With valid COSH/BOSH certification
  • Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare project cost estimates based on plans & site conditions
  • Perform quantity surveying (materials, labor & equipment)
  • Supervise projects to ensure quality, budget & timeline compliance
  • Prepare daily & weekly accomplishment reports
  • Handle progress billings & material inventory
  • Conduct quality inspections & coordinate with other teams
