About the role

As a Project In Charge at Dynamic Elite Construction Corp., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects within the Metro Manila region. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
  2. Coordinating and overseeing the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
  3. Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and communicating regularly with stakeholders
  4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
  5. Collaborating with the Project Manager to address any challenges or changes that arise during the project lifecycle
  6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress reports, budget tracking, and client communications
  7. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the project team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
  3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  4. Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
  5. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
  7. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  8. Ability to read and interpret plans and proficient in reading construction plans.
