Job Overview:

This role supports the Recruitment Team in finding and hiring top talent. You will assist in the recruitment process, from creating job ads to conducting interviews and maintaining candidate records.

Job Objectives:

  • To support the recruitment process efficiently.
  • To assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
  • To ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Post job ads on different platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate records.
  • Support recruitment events and initiatives.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Preferably fresh graduates.
  • Willing to work onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City.
