Job Description
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Process reimbursement forms
- Prepare bank deposits
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases and systems
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Qualifications
- With work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with finance regulations
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- Amenable to work in Madrigal Alabang, Muntinlupa
- Can start ASAP
