Integration and Architecture Project Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Project Manager delivers key technology projects and initiatives from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Manager plays a critical role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project scope, and ensuring effective communication and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Planning & Initiation
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and communication strategies.
- Prepare and submit budget proposals; recommend changes as necessary.
2. Execution & Monitoring
- Manage and track project expenditures to stay within approved budgets.
- Conduct day-to-day project management activities to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), project progress, and return on investment.
3. Risk & Change Management
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues; implement mitigation and contingency plans.
- Manage change requests, ensuring proper documentation and communication with relevant parties.
4. Communication & Reporting
- Provide timely and clear communication with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Deliver regular status updates, progress reports, and presentations to stakeholders, sponsors, and steering committees.
- Establish and implement effective project communication plans.
5. Stakeholder, Resource & Vendor Management
- Plan and allocate project resources; assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Ensure effective vendor management and alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams to support project activities.
- Identify, engage, and manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues clearly and consistently to all stakeholders and leadership.
6. Governance & Compliance
- Maintain complete and current project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, audit, and documentation requirements.
- Enforce governance processes during key activities such as data migration and cutovers.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, audit requirements, and organizational standards.
- Enforce proper documentation, reporting, and control mechanisms for project delivery.
7. Project Closure & Review
- Prepare and communicate project implementation and closure reports.
- Lead post-implementation reviews to assess performance and capture lessons learned.
KEY REQUIREMENTS (Education, work experience and skills, industry certification, language proficiency)
1. Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred
- Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is a plus
2. Experience
- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects or programs across the full lifecycle
- Experience handling cross-functional teams and vendor coordination
- Background in managing IT, digital transformation, or infrastructure projects
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
3. Technical and Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, Smartsheet)
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and project dashboards for reporting
- Understanding of business analysis, change management, and requirements gathering
- Understanding of workload automation process, procedures, and practices.
4. Leadership and Communication
- Excellent leadership, team coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication for interacting with stakeholders at all levels
5. Organizational and Analytical Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze risks, dependencies, and project constraints effectively
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines and objectives
6. Stakeholder and Vendor Management
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
- Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage service level agreements (SLAs)
EXPECTATIONS:
- Solid experience in project management, from planning, execution, operations to review. Be able to follow and enforce the project management practices
- Excellent quantitative analysis skills, with creativity to solve complex problems
- Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse business units
- Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing, comfortable in business and technical discussions as well as senior executive audiences
- Strong work ethic and be able to proactively manage multiple projects. Drive execution and deliver results as a project manager
- Organized with good attention to detail.
- Able to work and quickly understand a range of general and specific applications used in the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70, Php130,000.00 per month
