About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team as a dedicated Airline Specialist. This full-time position will be based in our Cebu City office, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our airline clients and their passengers.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Providing accurate information and resolving issues related to flight bookings, schedules, baggage, and other airline-specific concerns
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up on open cases
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback to the team
  • Maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor at all times

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 months to 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) and other relevant software
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
