At KIA, we believe that the customer journey doesn't end at the showroom—it continues with exceptional service and care. We're looking for a dedicated Aftersales Officer who will help us ensure customer satisfaction, strengthen dealer support, and uphold KIA's commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between customers, service teams, and dealerships to address aftersales needs.
  • Monitor and oversee service operations, warranty claims, and parts management.
  • Ensure customer complaints and feedback are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Support the implementation of KIA global and local aftersales programs.
  • Prepare reports and analysis on service performance, customer satisfaction, and dealer compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and customer retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in aftersales, service operations, or dealership support (automotive industry preferred).
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of dealer management or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work well with multiple stakeholders.
