Job Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years related work experience in Heavy Equipment services or any related industry is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports clients in the process of choosing and determining the appropriate equipment , as well as conducting on-site and off-site cost analyses.
  • Delivers product presentations and provides end-user training, all in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Prepares machine configuration according to customer's and Sales' specification in order to offer the right specs. Assess and analyze the customer's needs in order to prepare the correct machines and work tools specifications. Performs application tests and reviews in order to ensure product is satisfactory.
  • Check and review the latest pricing for various machines and work tools on a regular basis.
  • Assist the sales team on merchandising program claims management and usage.
  • Work with the Prime Products Orders team on monitoring the machines and work tools order status.
  • Monitors the movement of machines and work tools inventory in order to provide the sales team of the current stock level of various machines and work tools.
  • Conducts on-site visits to customers in order to assist the Sales Team in promoting machine and work tool products to customers and to train end-users on proper operation and basic maintenance of machines and work tools.
  • Conduct Product trainings for both internal and external customers
  • Connect with customers to analyze user experience and gain constructive feedback
  • Prepares and submits customer meeting/ training/ site reports to the Sales Managers for proper documentation and dissemination of reports.
  • Conducts competitive specifications comparisons through extensive research on competitive information of various machines and work tools.
  • Maintains multimedia archives of various machine and works tools in order to enhance customer appreciation and comprehension of the Products.
  • Performs other related functions as deemed necessary.
