Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and communicate progress report online every three hours to the Project Manager.
  • Monitor time logs of manpower deployed to the project site
  • In-charge with construction materials request
  • Log all delivery of materials, tools and equipment from head office, vendors and suppliers
  • Log and monitor movement in the inventory of materials, tools and equipment
  • Act as the Materials and Equipment Custodian
  • Responsible in handle the project site's Petty Cash Fund
  • In-charge with the purchase of needed materials and tools at the project site

Qualifications:

  • College graduate
  • Good communication skills
  • At least 2 years work experience in a construction industry
  • Willing to travel anywhere within Philippines
  • With COSH Certificate, an advantage
