Join our Transcom Family as a General Ledger Analyst

  • Bookkeeping and data entry of accounts receivable, intercompany transactions, employee advances and liquidations, prepayments and amortization, and other general journal entries to SAP.
  • Processing payment instructions with the bank for Intercompany payables and Intercompany funding.
  • Responsible for the processing of accounts receivable, generation and distribution of Client invoices, preparation of statement of accounts and official receipts including coordination with the Account Managers on adjustments and collection status of the invoices.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of general ledger, subsidiary ledgers and other accounting records.
  • Prepares and maintains fixed assets listing, depreciation/lapsing table, prepayment schedules, employee data and other company records.
  • Handles payroll accounting including data entry to accounting system for payroll and final pay transactions for Asia
  • Prepares daily Cash Position and monthly Bank Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
  • Assist in the month end closure activities including general ledger reconciliation.
  • Prepares and ensures the timely submission of reports and performs other related duties and functions as assigned and required.
  • Interface with the internal and external auditors in relation to annual audit and other special projects. Coordinates with the preparation of schedules and other audit requirements.

To be successful in this role you must…

Educational Background:

  • Finance/Accounting Degree

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 years work experience
  • Handled general accounting, cash, accounts receivable, Fixed assets and payroll accounting.

Skills Requirements:

  • SAP and Hyperion experience
