About the role

Exciting opportunity to join the call centre team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position located in Cebu Central Visayas. No prior BPO experience is required as full training will be provided. A generous signing bonus of 15K is on offer for successful candidates.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service over the phone to a diverse range of clients
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and following all standard operating procedures
  4. Continuously developing your product knowledge to better assist customers
  5. Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
  4. Basic computer literacy and typing skills
