About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at GEOSONS PLCT AGENCY, INC. This full-time position is based in Cebu City, Cebu, and does not require any prior BPO experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle a variety of customer interactions across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Identify and escalate high-priority or complex customer concerns to the appropriate team members
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
