About the role

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join AUXILIA INC' as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and be the voice that connects our customers to the solutions they need. This full-time role is based in Cebu City, Cebu and does not require any previous BPO experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide friendly, efficient and effective customer support via inbound phone calls
  • Listen actively to customer inquiries and concerns, and work to resolve them in a timely manner
  • Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Suggest additional products or services that could benefit the customer
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further assistance
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with customers
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
