Who We're Looking For:

1. College student Major in BS Accountancy or Business Management or any related course.

2. Willing to work onsite (Pacita, San Pedro, Laguna)

3. Attention to detail and eagerness to learn

4. Basic knowledge of tax laws and accounting principles is a plus

5. Can present Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from school.

6. With personal laptop

HMB Tax Firm, a well-established tax firm with 36 years of dedicated service, is located in Pacita, San Pedro, Laguna. Our small but dynamic team of 15 professionals handles tax computation, filing, and remittance for over 200 active clients. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, strategic compliance, and open communication.


Responsibilities:

The individual will support the accounting department by assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring the accurate completion of financial transactions.

  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks.

  • Support the preparation of tax schedules.

  • Assist in preparing bank reconciliations and other supporting account schedules.

  • Organize working paper folders and financial records.

- Assist with Liaison Tasks if needed

We are prepared to sign the following documents:

- Memorandum of Agreement

- Notice of Acceptance

- Certificate of Completion

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3-4 months
