Calling all aspiring individuals to join our internship program and embark on a journey of discovery

Role: Assist in financial record preparation and making of report and provide administrative support to the team.

Reporting Structure: Directly reports to the Accounting Team Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Record Preparation: Assist in preparing and documenting financial records, including analyzing accounting data and maintaining accurate reports.

2. Report Preparation: Aid in creating financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, invoices, and other essential documents.

3. Administrative Support: Help with research, filing, data entry, and ensuring that financial records are complete and accurate.

4. Software Use: Work with bookkeeping and accounting software to manage and track financial information.

5. Shadowing and Learning: Observe and learn from experienced members of the accounting department to understand their daily tasks and processes.

Note: This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and may include additional duties as assigned by the service center lead.

Requirements:

  • Own a laptop for work.
  • Student of BS Accountancy, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, and other related program.
