Junior Business Analyst – Data-Driven

Aidea, a global leader in design and technology, is seeking a passionate Junior Business Analyst to join our innovative team. The position reports to the Digital Transformation Manager and works closely with stakeholders and project teams to support the analysis, documentation, and optimization of business processes and solutions related to the design and construction business. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives, as well as their digital transformation goals.
  • Document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases for digital initiatives.
  • Analyze gaps in existing workflows and processes to identify areas for digital improvement.
  • Assist in identifying areas for automation, digitization, or optimization.
  • Recommend improvements that align with digital transformation goals, such as process automation or the integration of new technologies.
  • Conduct research on digital tools, platforms, and trends to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in evaluating and testing new technologies or platforms being considered for implementation.
  • Provide feedback on system functionality and suggest enhancements.
  • Support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates.
  • Assist with project documentation, such as status reports, risk assessments, and change management plans.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, finance, and operations.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Support testing efforts by preparing test cases and validating digital solutions against requirements.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues and providing feedback for resolution.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
