What You'll be Doing

  • Define and lead comprehensive PR and communications strategies tailored to client needs and aligned with business goals.
  • Drive innovation and thought leadership in public affairs, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management.
  • Serve as the senior counsel and trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their interests are safeguarded and opportunities maximized.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and business development.
  • Represent WSP Inc. in high-level client meetings, industry events, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of client programs, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Guide teams in delivering integrated solutions across media relations, content, events, and digital channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of PR professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Manage staffing and resources across accounts to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, policy shifts, and emerging opportunities to keep clients ahead of the curve.
  • Track campaign performance and provide strategic insights, data-driven analysis, and actionable recommendations.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the public relations and communications industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated PR campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate client objectives into impactful PR strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team of PR professionals, fostering their growth and development.
  • Thorough understanding of the Philippines' PR and communications landscape and industry best practices.
