Current Opportunity

Dayforce is a cloud-based HCM platform offering payroll, HR, workforce management, and talent management solutions.

As a Dayforce Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering smooth and successful payroll implementations. You will participate in the entire project lifecycle—from requirement gathering and solution design to complex testing and stakeholder management. You will also play a key role in mentoring other consultants, managing risks, and working closely with the Project Manager to ensure on-time delivery.

What You'll Need to Succeed

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with both technical and functional knowledge of Dayforce HCM. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential to provide effective solutions and an excellent client experience.

Your Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Dayforce payroll implementations with a proven track record of success.
  • Skilled in business process mapping and workflow optimization.
  • Strong analytical ability to understand client needs, address challenges, and create tailored solutions.
  • Knowledge of compliance and best practices to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements.
  • Experience leading client workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions confidently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Recognised as a key resource in Payroll, offering guidance and support to teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background in consulting or related fields.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php41, Php50,000.00 per month
