The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all construction or manufacturing processes, materials, and outputs meet the established quality standards and specifications. The role involves inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination with project teams to maintain compliance with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures for the project.
  • Review project specifications and ensure that all work complies with approved standards and requirements.
  • Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and workmanship at different stages of the project.
  • Prepare and maintain inspection and testing reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), and corrective action plans.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance and ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Review and verify material test certificates, calibration certificates, and other quality documentation.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure continuous improvement of quality systems.
  • Ensure all QA/QC records are properly filed and maintained for project handover.
  • Support the preparation and implementation of the project Quality Plan.
